Job Description
- Experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
- Ability to listen and communicate in US/UK accent.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquettes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years' recent SDR experience within a relevant sector
- Past IT industry/SaaS industry experience
- Experience in building customer relationships and technical knowledge within B2B industries
- SAP technical language and seniority
- You have a passion for selling, educating clients, and building trust with all your customers or prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (business level English is a must)
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a drive to learn new skills
