Role Description
ICM (Institutional Cash Management) is a global business which is regionally organized with dedicated staff for originating and facilitating cash management transactions with institutional (bank) clients. We are looking for a Global Sales Strategy Specialist in the Sales Strategy Team who will support the global ICM Sales Organisation.

Your key responsibilities
- The strategy team develops and implements strategic initiatives such as sales campaigns, Target Operating Model changes or Governance improvements, socialized and supported with key stakeholders. The function requires to establish close relationships with the global Sales Teams as well as to Control Functions and Infrastructure Functions.
- We monitor and analyze sales performance vis-à-vis the strategic objectives. We are also responsible for analyzing client relationship data such as pipeline data, client contact reporting and client management related KPIs, setting up and maintaining senior management reporting.
- We work closely with the Sales teams who are based in locations around the globe to support them in their client facing activities and to ensure the purposeful interpretation and efficient implementation of internal and external rules & regulations.
- We drive the People Agenda to attract/develop/retain talent, including orchestrating communication activities to facilitate best practice and continuous commitment.
- The new candidate will be expected to manage complex projects such as Target Operating Model changes or end-2-end process improvements quite independently similar to projects in a management consulting company, of course with supervision and help from other team members.
Your skills and experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a consulting company
- Experience in the financial services and payments industry, ideally with focus on Financial Institutions is an advantage but not a must-have
- Highly analytical individual, able to design and structure complex change projects
- Strong Team Player mentality paired with motivation to work in a highly dynamic, international and diverse environment while performing well under pressure
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent English language skills
