Role Description
- Looking to hire a qualified professional with business-based academic background. The team member will be responsible for providing extensive support to local and regional relationship managers based out of APAC region to ensure smooth operations for client and any internal requirements for the relationship managers on the portfolio.
- This will mainly include prompt handling, in coordination with relevant teams of client queries/instructions that may relate to time-sensitive, cash payments, FX, credit facilities and so on.
- The role in general will be responsible for all duties assigned by RMs to assist them to drive sales and keep senior management updated of the portfolio performance.

Your key responsibilities
We are looking to hire a qualified professional with business/finance-based academic background to join the Coverage Support team within the Corporate Bank.
The key responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of client presentations, briefing memos, arranging client meetings, and logging of call reports to record client meeting outcomes
- Coordinate and ensure completion of New Client Adoptions and escalated periodic reviews
- Prompt handling, in coordination with relevant internal teams, of client queries / instructions that may relate to time-sensitive deals, cash payments, FX, credit facilities, etc.
- Respond to internal compliance / AML / sanctions related queries
- Other duties as assigned to assist Relationship Managers to drive sales
- Scheduling and running the tasks as part of assigned project in line with the agreed timelines
- Work together with multiple teams on stated objectives
Your skills and experience
Technical Experience:
- Desired background: MBA Finance / CAs with more than 2- 4 years’ related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Banking products in General and Coverage understanding in particular
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines
- Extremely diligent and hardworking to efficiently manage deadlines across multiple transactions
- Excellent skills in using MS Office – Power point and Excel
- Strong academic background
