The primary responsibility of the PE Sales Coordinator is to support our private equity sales team by finding relevant accounts, portfolio and contact information, conducting research and developing actionable insights for the team. The PE Sales Coordinator works closely with the sales team to enable the efficient use of our sales process. 

This role will be in person in Mumbai and work 2:00 -10:30 PM IST Monday-Friday. 
 
Your primary responsibilities will be to: 

  • Analyze portfolio companies of our private equity clients and create comprehensive go to market strategies and sales pitches for the team. 
  • Maintain accurate information in Salesforce regarding opportunities across the team ensuring appropriate actions are completed to help in closing of the deals 
  • Collects company data or conducts internal/external research as appropriate for opportunity response documents, strategy development, and/or for support of pursuit efforts 
  • Conducts customer, competitor and market analysis as required 
  • Coordinates and develops sales documents and internal files to ensure accurate recordkeeping 
  • Develops and maintains sales qualification materials and supporting information in designated information management or filing systems. 
  • Interacts with operations personnel to support development of sales material 
  • Creates and updates marketing materials 
  • Coordinate marketing schedules and trip information to maximize efficiencies 

Required Skills and Talents 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce required, additional software knowledge preferred, including MergerMarket, PitchBook, Bloomberg 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • You must be results oriented and able to drive business. 
  • You must exhibit strong and confident interpersonal skills. 
  • You must be an analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize disparate information in a cohesive and visual way to support sales management's need to operationalize the data. 
  • You must be able to work in a complex, dynamic environment and be able to manage the sales process, prospects and clients. 
  • Salesforce certifications not required but helpful 

Education/Eligibility Requirements 

  • Undergraduate degree required with high academic achievement 
  • Must be eligible to work in Mumbai without employer sponsorship.
