The Sales Coordinator will manage sales contracts, generate revenue reports, coordinate with agencies, and support the sales team in various tasks.
We require a Sales coordinator as a backfill on Teamlease contract basis in the LCS West team to support:
Sales Contracts Management: Develop and implement comprehensive sales contracts for the assigned region, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Revenue Reporting: Generate regular revenue reports encompassing all clients in the West regions, providing insightful analysis and recommendations as necessary.
- Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies regarding material and ROS (Run of Site) requirements, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
- Execution Support: Provide essential support to the sales team in executing various tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of the sales process.
Who should apply:
- Candidate should be comfortable working on contract for 6 months.
- - Proficient in both English and Hindi, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- - Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite, possessing the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- - Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
- - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
