Sales Assistant (15hrs, weekends/mornings) - Marks & Spencer St John

Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor and service points, drive sales through recommendations, maintain store standards and availability, follow safe and legal working practices, and support promotions and daily targets during scheduled weekend morning shifts.

**This role is 15 hours per week as follows -
6am to 2pm on Saturdays and from 6am to 1pm on Sundays**

- Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points
- Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy
- Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
- Have great product knowledge
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
