This for Data Center role (On role of JCI) We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety procedures and compliance on our project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management within the construction or industrial sectors and will ensure that all safety regulations are followed to create a safe working environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: • Develop,implement,and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with local,state,and federal regulations.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. • Provide safety training and resources for employees to promote a culture of safety.Investigate accidents and incidents,prepare reports,and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote safety on-site.Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure best practices are implemented. • Responsible to lead continuous improvement initiatives by building and maintaining the health&safety infrastructure,developing,delivering best practices,and adhering to JCI safety standards. • This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the safety operations of multi-site facilities and will have a demonstrated knowledge of applicable safety regulations. • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations pertaining to environmental,health and safety,representing the company in all contact with regulatory agencies. • Plan,implement and manage safety/environmental policies and procedures in compliance with JCI safety standard,local&Occupational Safety and Health rules and regulations. • Plan,implement and manage programs to train managers and employees at work site,review risk assessment,conduct safety audits,facility audits,implement good safety practices,for example,working at height,Electrical safety,safe working in confined spaces lockout/tag out,fall prevention,fire prevention and correct material handling techniques. • Inspect organization facility to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards,determine corrective or preventative actions.
