The Analyst II Data Engineering is responsible for Linux administration, configuration, maintenance, and automation, focusing on virtualization, monitoring, and network protocols.
Job Description:
Linux/Unix Admin Detail JD: - Level2
- Around 5years of hands-on experience in Linux Administration.
- Linux servers administration in virtualized environment.
- Knowledge of Linux: RHEL 8 & 9.
- Experience installing, configuring & maintaining Linux native services as well as Bind, Apache, postfix, MTA, squid, nginx, etc.
- Experience in configuration management and automation tools, such as Ansible, Shell, Python etc.
- Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, etc.
- Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
- Proficient with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HA-Proxy, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, KVM, RHEV etc.
- Experience with Nagios or any other monitoring tools.
- Additional Linux certifications (RHCE and RHCA) will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in RHEL patching activity to close VA observations.

- VAPT & OS Hardening
- Minor & Major version upgrade
- SAN multi path configuration
