- 管理支出以保证良好的预算管理，同时寻求提升支出效率的方法和形式
- 跟踪月度绩效表现vs.费用进展。如有明显差距，能够分析陈述具体原因
区域专家管理
- 建立区域专家管理系统并评估其执行有效性。
- 通过主动定期拜访区域中重要专家来同区域专家，推动学术交流
工作要求和胜任能力
- 本科及以上学历，医科及相关学科背景者优先
- 2年以上医药市场管理经验背景
- 在大型跨国医药公司的销售市场优先
- 英语说写能力优先
- 熟练运用MS Office软件
