The Reward Analyst will manage day-to-day compensation and benefits operations, providing high-quality data analysis and supporting compliance and administration of UK benefits while preparing for future expansions.
Role purpose:
The Reward Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support across compensation and benefits, delivering accurate data, analysis, and administration. They will play a key role in modelling, scenario analysis, and the governance of UK benefits, as well as supporting the potential future expansion of benefits administration into additional countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality reward data analysis, modelling, and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day administration of UK benefits (pensions, healthcare, life assurance) ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide first-line resolution for reward-related queries, escalating complex cases to the Reward Operations Manager.
- Support cyclical reward activities (TGBS, Annual Compensation Review) and ad-hoc modelling requests.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
- Partner with colleagues to build processes that can scale to include benefits administration for Netherlands, UAE, and Australia.
- Maintain accurate reward documentation, processes, and data integrity in Workday.
Skills & experience:
- Experience in reward/compensation & benefits administration within a corporate environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements in the UK (additional countries desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
