Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Develop interactive reports & dashboards against our key performance indicators 

  • (critical metrics). 

  • Research analytic methodologies and conduct metric reporting. 

  • Implement new tools and techniques for viewing, interpreting, and communicating 

  • organizational data & trends. 

  • Support operational changes & growth opportunities with data-driven recommendations 

  • with measurable outcomes. 

  • Analyze trends to recommend process/operational improvements. 

  • Prepare detailed & summary level reports including written interpretation of analytic 

  • results and graphical representation. 

  • Present results to management, including data-driven business recommendations and 

  • Alternatives. 

  • Influence leadership to drive more data-informed decisions. 

  • Work closely with the Finance department & executive team to support regular business 

  • review cycles. 

  • Leverage organizational data through analytics projects and modelling to derive data- 

  • driven insights and recommendations leading to organizational improvements. 

  • Define & advance standard processes and champion the use of data & analytics 

  • organization wide. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering strategic business impact through data. 

  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, and visualization best practices. 

  • Strong understanding of GTM metrics across Sales, CS, and Marketing, with experience supporting leadership planning and performance reporting. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead analytical projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to analysis, storytelling, and executive recommendations. 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data extraction methods for reporting automation. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and influence senior stakeholders. 

  • High attention to detail and structured problem-solving; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is preferred. 

     

Bonus: Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation, Python for advanced analytics or automation, and forecasting/modeling techniques to support strategic planning.
