You will ensure that all solutions are developed responsibly, aligning with ethical AI practices, governance policies, and organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: • Act as an SME in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services (LLMs & SLMs). • Lead the design and architecture of multi-agent systems and integrate them seamlessly into enterprise ecosystems. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver cutting-edge GenAI/Agentic solutions with measurable business impact. • Define and implement Responsible AI practices across solution lifecycles, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. • Mentor and guide teams on best practices in agentic AI system design, orchestration, and deployment. • Drive key architectural and technical decisions across multiple projects and teams. • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training on Microsoft’s Agentic AI stack. • Continuously evaluate solution performance and recommend optimizations for scalability, accuracy, and compliance.
