Job Purpose:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is managing employee timesheets, including accurately updating entries within our company's ERP system.  
  • The Resource Coordinator is also responsible for filing and maintaining all resource related documents. 
  • In addition to timesheet administration, this role will also involve maintaining documentation for the Resource/Personnel department, such as updating CVs and other personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Maintenance :

  • The primary responsibility of this role is managing employee timesheets, including accurately updating entries within our company's ERP system.    
  • The Resource Coordinator is also responsible for filing and maintaining all resource related documents.   
  • In addition to timesheet administration, this role will also involve maintaining documentation for the Resource/Personnel department, such as updating CVs and other personnel records 
  • Tracking and maintaining up to date records on Field Staff's safety courses including Medical. 
  • Arranging safety training and medical checkup for field staff with authorised vendors as per the company policy. 
  • Liaise with external vendors and arranging tickets, visa and travel insurance for field staff deployed on various projects. 
  • Liaise with BLMs and PMs for the maintaining record of Field days of all field staff. 
  • Preparation and maintenance of Utilisation and Leave balance of all field staff based on the company leave policy. 
  • Updating & Maintaining the CVs for field staff. 
  • Any other work as assigned by the Company 

Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely data entry. 
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues. 
  • Support in system upgrades, testing, and new module implementations as needed. 

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Generate and analyse reports to support business operations and decision-making. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data management best practices. 
  • Monitor data workflows and propose process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

HSE Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so.
