Job Description – Relationship Manager, Global Corporate and Investment Banking –(Mumbai)

  • Work as RM for the overall client coverage of the assigned portfolio.
  • RM will be responsible for achieving the financial target and enhance the relationship with the clients to ensure high quality daily management of assigned portfolio in line with MUFG’s business strategy, client account plan, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Proactive pitching with the client by working on client presentations together with ARM and making high-quality internal account planning (including wallet analysis, among others)
  • Targeting new clients for MUFG to develop strategy and penetrate more with new clients by supporting analysis around client wallet and related gaps and opportunities.  
  • Partner and collaborate with various internal stakeholders including credit division, credit analyst team, product offices, compliance, industry/sector teams, among others.
  • Provide inputs to address relevant risk factors and proactively capture early warning indicators affecting the portfolio.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA from premier institute with 8-10 years of experience in corporate and investment banking.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk and prior experience in credit analysis will be helpful
  • Superior skills to prepare high quality presentations as well as financial model.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
