Our management consulting team focuses on our clients’ critical business needs. Your Role:
- Leading and supporting internal audit and risk consulting projects
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicable internal and client stakeholders
- Conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, and assessing regulatory compliance
- Identifying issues, developing actionable recommendations, and presenting findings clearly
- Managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall team development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in working in the financial services industry.
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
- Must have prior experience within internal audit or quality assurance testing roles.
- Must be familiar with financial crimes compliance or consumer protection laws and regulations (e.g., AML, TILA, RESPA, Regulation E, Fair Lending)
- CAMS, CRCM, or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Must be proficient with MS Office, including Excel functions, and formatting capabilities for reporting.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in communication, collaborating effectively with both the local team and US team in the local language as well as in English.
This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
