To execute a sales expansion strategy that drives sustainable business growth by acquiring new customers, assessing client creditworthiness, conducting market intelligence, identifying potential leads, analyzing competitor activity, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
1) Business Development
Generate new business opportunities across the Mumbai and Maharashtra markets through a consultative sales approach.
Ensure consistent lead generation and successful closures aligned with monthly sales targets.
Close deals within committed timelines as per defined projections.
Develop and expand the sales network with a strong focus on product-driven and organizational growth strategies.
Onboard financially strong customers and maintain healthy Average Selling Price (ASP) across product lines.
Maintain high levels of self-motivation and performance ownership.
Act as the primary point of contact for self-developed clients.
Proactively understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Resolve client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and sustainable revenue.
Work closely with internal teams such as Product Development, Quality Control, Dispatch, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution.
Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
Present weekly performance updates, sales pipeline, forecasting data, and market trends to divisional leadership.
Prepare structured agendas and reporting for review meetings.
Internal: Department Heads, Sales Team
External: Clients, Dealers, Channel Partners
Strong target-driven mindset.
Expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, and deal closure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of construction chemicals / tile adhesive products.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Channel Sales within Construction Chemicals / Tile Adhesives.
Must be based within the assigned territory (Maharashtra preferred, Mumbai preferred).
Must possess own vehicle.
Should have an established dealer/distributor network in tile adhesive sales.
Sales Executive: 200 Tons per month
Area Sales Manager (ASM): 400 Tons per month
Regional Sales Manager: 1000 Tons per month + team target
B.E. (Civil) / BBA / MBA / M.Tech or equivalent experience in a related domain.
