- Execute competitive campaigns to reframe customer decisions around platform outcomes
- Drive strategic landings by establishing multi-workload dependencies, executive-level relationships, and seamless transitions to Customer Success teams
- Collaborate with dedicated platform partners, channel partners, cloud providers, and systems integrators to multiply market reach and drive joint pursuits
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Significant, proven experience selling enterprise software, data infrastructure, middleware, databases, or event-streaming platforms to large enterprises
- A track record of meeting or exceeding new-business sales quotas as an individual contributor
- Demonstrated expertise in new-logo acquisition, executive prospecting, and leading complex, competitive sales cycles
- Technical fluency across in-memory data grids, distributed caching, stream processing, high availability/resilience, and modern cloud/hybrid architectures
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong territory planning, forecasting discipline, and cross-functional leadership skills
