Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales

  • Manage and grow key accounts across the assigned region

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and serve as the main point of contact at all customer levels

  • Proactively support customer needs and coordinate with Marketing, Technical, R&D, and Project teams

  • Participate in development projects and new opportunities with sufficient technical understanding to define solutions

  • Respond to new customer requests, clarify specifications, support pricing strategy, and lead complex negotiations

  • Achieve revenue targets by driving sales performance, monitoring forecast accuracy, and executing sales activities

  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide ongoing market/project feedback internally

  • Track project progress to support budget planning and demand forecasting

  • Align with and actively contribute to Linxens’ overall Sales & Marketing strategy

Business Development

  • Map all relevant Smartcard projects in the region, including incumbents, opportunity timelines, and tender processes.

  • Identify and prioritize target projects and develop winning strategies for Linxens.

  • Lobby and influence key decision makers about Linxens capability and importance in the Smartcard eco-system.

  • Leverage Linxens’ unique value proposition to createa favourable environment for future projects

Qualification

  • 6-10 years' of experience in Sales and Business Development in Smartcard / Printed Electronics / Semi-conductor industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration

  • Proven success in managing key accounts, business development and driving revenue growth

  • Possess customer-oriented approach and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
