The Regional Operation Manager will lead ELV project management ensuring revenue and billing targets are met, maintain cash flow and project margins, support financial planning, and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, leadership, risk management skills, and compliance with safety regulations, and may require travel in North-East India.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirement Gathering:
- Document and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Operation managers, PM and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and requirements.
Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in a business analysis role.
- Experience in a HVAC industry may be preferred.
