Job Description

  • Revenue Generation and driving sales through B2C and B2B enrolments of courses/programs.
  • Exceed/Meet sales Targets, ensuring risk mitigation in achieving the sales targets
  • Understand products offered and articulate the functions /benefits to professionals and students via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social.
  • Generate leads, convert leads into Admissions
  • Generate walk-ins and convert into new registrations/re-registration.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with  customers
  • Arrange seminars to pitch courses to technical colleges and universities
  • Develop in-depth expertise on e-learning/ certification business
  • Regularly update and maintain Customer MIS/ database and other data points
  • Coordinating with Course Provider Partners for all admission related documents.
  • Ensuring Timely collection of receivable/Fees instalments/ joining amount

Qualifications

  •  5 to 8  years of proven & relevant sales experience in Education / E-Learning / Ed-Tech Industry, handling sales for B2B and B2C customers
  • Graduate/ Preferably MBA in Marketing

 

Additional Information

  • Excellent written & spoken English and  pitching skills.
  • Good convincing ability and confident personality
  • Passion for solving customer challenges and commitment to customer delight
  • Proficiency in MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
