About Eka Care
Eka Care is a health AI company on a mission to make world-class clinical intelligence available to every doctor, patient, and healthcare enterprise.

We build the models, data infrastructure, and clinical workflows that turn everyday care (a consultation, a prescription, a lab report) into structured, interoperable health data. This enables better decisions at the point of care and across the enterprise, whether that is a hospital, a diagnostic lab, or an insurer. Our products, EkaScribe, EkaDoc, EkaAgents, EkaAPIs and EkaPHR, cover the full span of clinical, patient, and enterprise use cases and plug into national digital health infrastructure such as India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify hospital clients through market research, networking, and outbound outreach to build a strong pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key hospital decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and department heads.
- Product Demos and Presentations: Run product demos and presentations showing how Eka Care's solutions improve patient care, streamline hospital operations, and support regulatory compliance.
- Solution Customization: Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor solutions to each hospital's needs.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, and close deals on terms that work for both the client and Eka Care.
- Market Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, and share insights with internal teams.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and deliver reliable forecasts to management.
- Industry Representation: Represent Eka Care at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
