About the Role

The incumbent in the role will be responsible for partnering the Regional Sales and Expert Team for the West Region. In addition, this role will partner the assigned Sales & Expert Leadership Team members like Modern Trade & CSD Lead and D. Comm. Lead.

From an HR pillar/ CoE delivery perspective, the incumbent will anchor the culture, engagement, and ER agenda for Pan India Sales and Expert Field team, and hence, in addition to strategic business partnering, the ideal candidate must have exposure to best-in-class people practices in these areas. In the role, the incumbent will lead the organizational development and change management agenda for an expanding organisation.

The role will report to the Commercial HRBP- India Subcontinent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner the Sales & Expert LT members on defining and driving the culture and engagement agenda for our field force. They will drive rigor in implementation of our engagement action plan across the Sales & Expert function with support for the S&E LT team and the HR team.

  • Develop mechanisms and introduce tools and methods to sense the pulse of the organization on an ongoing basis.

  • Identify opportunities and anchor solutions which improve ways of working and enable simplification across the organization.

  • Design, implement, and/or manage recognition program for the Sales & Expert function with specific focus on the field force.

  • Ensure consistency in application of our ER frameworks and policies including PIP, disciplinary actions, probation reviews, etc. in partnership with People Services/ Experience team.

  • Act as a change champion, managing the people side of change & transformation efforts to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in business partnering, organizational development, and employee relations roles.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
