About WEKA

WEKA is the AI data infrastructure company powering the world's most demanding AI and HPC workloads. As enterprises race to operationalize AI, WEKA provides the data platform that makes GPU infrastructure radically more efficient — and we're scaling fast toward our next phase of growth. Marketing at WEKA is a pipeline engine, not a services function: we're accountable to sourced and influenced pipeline, and every program we run is measured against it.

The Role

We're hiring a Regional Demand Marketing Manager based in India to drive lead generation and pipeline conversion programs across APAC and the Middle East (UAE/GCC). This is a builder role at the intersection of demand generation, field marketing, and sales development — you'll take global campaigns and make them land with regional nuance, convert event momentum into real pipeline, and partner daily with regional field marketers and SDRs to make sure no qualified interest dies on the vine.

You'll be the connective tissue between what marketing generates and what sales converts. If you love the full arc — from getting a lead in the door, to getting a meeting booked, to watching it show up in pipeline — this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Drive lead-to-pipeline conversion programs

  •   Own the conversion motion for marketing-generated leads across APAC and the Middle East: nurture programs, follow-up sequences, meeting-generation plays, and re-engagement campaigns
  •   Build and manage post-event conversion programs for major regional and global events — turning badge scans, booth conversations, and hosted-event attendees into qualified meetings and pipeline
  •   Track and report on lead progression through the funnel; identify where leads stall and build programs to unstick them

Localize and launch campaigns for regional markets

  •   Partner with the global campaigns team to adapt campaign messaging, offers, channels, and timing for APAC and Middle East markets — accounting for regional buying behavior, language, industry mix, and cultural nuance
  •   Bring the regional voice into campaign planning: advocate for what will actually work in Singapore, Australia, Japan, Mumbai, Dubai, and Riyadh rather than accepting one-size-fits-all execution

Support regional field marketing

  •   Work hand-in-hand with field marketers across APJ and the Middle East to execute regional programs: events, executive roundtables, partner activations, and account-based plays
  •   Provide demand gen and operational support for field programs — audience building, invitation campaigns, registration management, and post-program follow-up

Run meeting programs for major events

  •   Drive pre-event meeting-generation programs for tier-one events: target account selection, outbound coordination, executive meeting booking, and on-site meeting logistics support
  •   Own the post-event meeting cadence — ensuring every high-value conversation gets scheduled follow-up and a clear path into the sales process

Partner with SDRs to create pipeline

  •   Work directly with the SDR team on lead prioritization, follow-up sequencing, and campaign air cover for outbound motions
  •   Build shared plays with SDRs around events, campaigns, and target account clusters — and jointly own the meeting and pipeline outcomes
What Success Looks Like
  •   Marketing-sourced pipeline growth in APAC and Middle East regions, quarter over quarter
  •   Improved lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates for regional programs
  •   Event ROI: measurable pipeline attributed to pre- and post-event meeting programs
  •   Regional campaign launches on time and adapted for market — with engagement rates that beat global benchmarks
  •   Strong working rhythm with field marketing, SDRs, and regional sales leadership
What You Bring
  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful time in demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing — enterprise tech, infrastructure, or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Proven experience converting leads to pipeline: you can speak to funnel metrics, conversion programs you've built, and pipeline numbers you've influenced
  • Experience supporting APAC and/or Middle East markets, with an understanding of regional buying dynamics
  •  Experience marketing alongside channel and alliance partners (NVIDIA ecosystem a plus)
  • Hands-on fluency with marketing automation and CRM (Marketo and Salesforce preferred); comfort with data — you pull your own reports and know your numbers
  • Experience partnering with SDR/BDR teams and running event meeting programs
  • Exceptional project management: you'll run multiple programs across multiple time zones simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal English; additional regional language skills a plus
  • Comfort with time-zone flexibility to collaborate across India, Southeast Asia, the Gulf, and US headquarters
Nice to Have
  •   Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase or similar) and intent data
  •   Background in AI, data infrastructure, storage, or HPC markets
  •   Experience marketing alongside channel and alliance partners (NVIDIA ecosystem a plus)
Why WEKA

You'll join a marketing team that operates with pipeline accountability and data credibility — where programs are measured, wins are visible, and regional roles have real ownership. This is a high-growth environment where the person who builds the APAC and Middle East demand engine will shape how WEKA scales in the fastest-growing AI markets in the world.

WEKA is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
