Job Description

• To handle RTR Global operations.
• Prior team Handling experience is mandate of  20+FTE's
• SAP and Blackline Tool experience in Mandatory

• Key Accountabilities:-

1. Responsible for end to end RTR(Posting Journal Entries/Month End Reporting/ Balacesheet Recon, Fixed Asset, JVA accounting )
2. Ability to work and perform in pressure-
3. Need to ensure that daily productivity are met-
4. Should perform all activities with the SLA-
5. Team player- Internal and External  Stake Holders Management
6. Process Improvements
7. Accounting Knowledge
8. To achieve all the key Performance Indicators as set by the Team manager
9. To function as per ISO 9001: 2000 procedures
10. To be willing to work in UK Shift (1:30pm to 10:30pm)
11. Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management
12. To attend all meetings and trainings as per requirements-
13. Good knowledge of accounting''
14. Team management - Able to handle a team of 25-30 Team Members.

BCOM/MCOM/MBA/CA Only
