The Recruiter will manage full recruitment life cycle for IT roles across India and APAC/EMEA, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining candidate relationships to fulfill business needs.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
- 6 plus years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for various contract roles across India & APAC/EMEA
- Experience supporting contract hiring in Direct client staffing for India
- A minimum 2 years’ experience supporting contract hiring in client staffing for APAC/EMEA
- Helps support the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee referrals
- Responsible for learning and executing WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives
- Coordinates with resource managers to fulfill business needs
- Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process
- Coordinates and conducts prescreening and technical interviews with resource managers
- Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
- Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
- Meets management/ leadership objectives and requirements as assigned throughout the year
- Flexible to stretch and work as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Helps support the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
- Responsible for learning and executing on WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs.
- Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.
- Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process Coordinates and conducts pre-screening, technical interviews with resource managers.
- Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates. Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.
- Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year.
- Requires individual to be a player within the Global Resourcing team.
- Considerable industry experiences sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to be a player & mentor while driving recruiting results
