What You'll Do
- Be a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor for Spotify’s business in India and across the SAMEA region with a continuous pulse on the internal and external candidate landscape for key areas of hire
- Work with key stakeholders to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting diverse talent
- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in an equitable way
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
- Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the global Talent Acquisition and HR team
Who You Are
- You have experience working as an in-house recruiter with high-volumes in a vibrant environment
- You have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience and enjoy working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates but preferably also from a partner management perspective
- You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies
- You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
- You are a standout colleague and you strive for collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
- You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Spotify, whether internal or external, has an outstanding and positive experience
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
