We are seeking a skilled Rails Developer to join our team and contribute to our ecommerce order flow processing and management system. The ideal candidate is proficient in Rails, has experience with Sidekiq, and possesses strong English communication skills. This role involves working closely with internal teams across India and North America to implement new features, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance our Rails-based ecommerce order flow system
  • Implement new features and bug fixes
  • Collaborate with internal teams across India and North America
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Rails
  • Experience with Sidekiq for background job processing
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce order flow processing and management
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with NAV, Shopify, and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with DataDog monitoring and alerts
  • Experience with Jira Kanban workflows
