Quant Analytics Associate - Sales Science Analytics

As a Quant Analytics Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the Data and Analytics team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

• Leverage a wide range of analytical tools and techniques to solve business problems with the objective to optimize banker performance and behavior.
• Use advanced quantitative techniques on large datasets to identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify anomalies, trends, and patterns and come up with strategic recommendations.
• Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, findings, etc.).
• Develop visualizations and presentations to summarize and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information systems, or mathematics.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience and expertise in SQL, Python/R, and Alteryx.
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, clustering analysis, inferential statistics, data mining, and experimental design techniques.
• Experience in wrangling large, complex datasets, with strong database skills and the ability to write, optimize, and tune complex SQL scripts.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions under strict timelines.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think both independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutions that solve business problems, with attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical details, observations, and inferences into business language.
