Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the acceleration of delivery while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, including overseeing test execution and defect resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of various performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
