What would you do? • Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. • Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. • Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design • Govern activities needed to maintain a desired level of excellence, including quality management system architecture, policy development, planning, assurance, control, and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities: • The QA Lead is responsible for leading quality assurance efforts to ensure the delivery of high quality products and services. This role involves overseeing the entire testing process managing a QA team and driving process improvements through automation and best practices. The QA Lead ensures that all project deliverables meet quality standards while balancing timelines. • Key Responsibilities • QA Planning and Strategy • Develop and implement QA strategies and quality checklist for projects. • Define and enforce quality metrics KPIs and standards across the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with product managers developers to understand project requirements. • Team Leadership and Coordination • Leading and mentoring team of QA testers including task allocation and performance management. • Ensure timely communication with DPMs and coordination with development teams. • Conduct regular reviews of test progress defect metrics and quality reports. • Test Management • Oversee functional content style guide and layout testing. • Manage defect tracking prioritization and resolution with development teams. • Process Improvement and Quality Initiatives • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to QA processes and methodologies and Advocate for continuous improvement. • Explore and implement test automation tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
