Drivetrain is searching for a quality assurance engineer intern to work with our engineering teams. Our interns have the opportunity to work among the industry's top engineers, who innovate every day for our customers. You will be connected with a manager and a mentor. Your contribution will help to solve some of the company's most demanding technological challenges.
Execute test cases (manual and automated) and examine the results.
Create logs to record the testing phases and errors.
Report any concerns or errors to the development staff.
Keep an eye on quality assurance metrics and look for areas that could use improvement.
Address production issues and reproduce reported failures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development process.
Must-have:
- Writing maintainable automated test scripts, improving and upgrading automation frameworks.
- Developing, modifying, and executing the automated scripts for testing.
- Improving the Automation Testing Coverage Standards.
- Knowledge of software-testing techniques (e.g., equivalence class partitioning), and software testing life cycle.
- Self-driven and capable of carrying out novel concepts.
- Competent in using browser tools for troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering - passing out date between 2023 - 2025
