- Test software releases during product development.
- Report test results and enter problems and issues into the bug database. Monitor and update bug reports as needed, including bug report closure.
- Configure hardware and software environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
- Assist and mentor Associate Test Engineers, answering their questions and issues.
- Provide technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments.
- Write or assist in the development of test plans and test procedures.
- Completes test-related tasks as assigned by the Test Lead.
- Manage the defect database under the guidance of the Test Lead.
- Assists in the review of test processes as they are developed.
- Mobile testing experience will be an added advantage.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, physical science, or engineering
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
