We're seeking someone to join our team as a Quality Assurance Director to strengthen the existing processes and bring in transformation to have more robust processes & controls in place under Third Party Program Management.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Third Party Risk Management, which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties /vendors

What you'll do in the role:
- Ensures quality service within SLAs to internal clients (i.e., Onshore senior leadership, SMEs, etc.)
- Maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the function and its operations in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Through quality assurance of the process & controls - improve the throughput, quality of work, supervisory reviews
- Help building the training programs at the location & building the culture of high performance & continuous improvement
- Supports & reports directly the Site lead of India to bring is strong culture, training, inclusivity within the team
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or equivalent required Chartered accountant, CPA and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or MBA a plus
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in risk and control assessments in the financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of internal control and risk management with strong understanding of business operations
- Motivated self-starter, with the ability to be pro-active and work well as part of a team
- Dynamic individual with the ability to switch context quickly and work on multiple workstreams concurrently with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a global team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders
