Riveron India is seeking a Quality Analyst – Learning Content – L&D to ensure that all learning content meets quality standards related to instructional design, functionality, and learner experience.
Who You Are:
You are excellent in attention to detail
You have strong knowledge of QA processes and documentation
You are good at eLearning course testing
You are capable of LMS testing and troubleshooting
You have strong understanding of instructional design principles
What You’ll Do:
Review eLearning modules for accuracy, functionality, and instructional quality.
Validate content alignment with learning objectives and storyboards.
Test course functionality in LMS environments.
Check multimedia elements, assessments, and navigation flows.
Identify and document defects and improvement areas.
Collaborate with designers and developers to resolve issues.
Maintain and contribute to the development of QA standards, checklists, and quality frameworks.
Support quality assurance across multiple concurrent learning projects in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in content quality testing
Experience reviewing Storyline/Captivate courses
Familiarity with SCORM testing tools
