Oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance for residential and commercial solar installation projects. Conduct worker inductions, site inspections, audits, equipment checks, and quality observations; document findings and track corrective-action closures. Analyze near misses through root-cause analysis, maintain QHSE reports, and coordinate with installation, operations, maintenance, and technical teams. The role requires daily travel within the assigned city and occasional interstate travel.
●Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects.
●Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.
●Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.
●Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Pojects.
●On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects.
●Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection.
●Follow-up and updating closure reports.
●Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
●Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
●Communicate with O&M and Execution team.
●Regularly inspect equipment.
●RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification.
●Solar Product inspection is Advantage.
●Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports.
