The Automation QA Test Lead will manage a team of QA engineers, integrate automation into CI/CD, and ensure software quality through testing. Requires strong leadership and communication skills.
We are looking for an Automation QA Test Lead having 8+ years of experience to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for becoming subject matter expert on the application, managing the off-shore QA team of 4 QAs, improve the quality of the off-shore QA deliverables and . In this role, you should have attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be directly working with the QA manager who is at on-site (California), and must have experience in handling teams and coordination with different stakeholders.
Job Description:As a Lead QA Lead you will be responsible for:
- Integrating automation and testing into the CI/CD pipeline for both regression, functional and integration testing
- Provide hands-on validation using manual methods
- Managing and leading a team of QA Engineers and reporting to the QA Manager.
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Interpret and analyze data problems
- Conceive, plan and prioritize data project
- Provide guidance on integration of Gitlab (CI/CD) with source code control tools like GTN/SV
Requirements
- 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience for enterprise applications
- Hands on experience with Selenium, Java, Kotlin, Post manager
- Committed to team objectives and application quality
- Strong communication skills, and collaborative development environment
- Mastery of QA fundamentals and best practices
- Understanding and professional experience with QA automation frameworks and automated test case execution
- Familiarity with QA design patterns and anti-patterns
- Experience with concerns of application scale
