QA Lead
Purpose
Protect production while IT speeds up delivery by owning test strategy and automation across ERP, CRM, and Power Platform.
What the role does
- Defines the QA strategy, tooling, and standards for D365, Power Platform, and key integrations (RSAT, EasyRepro/Selenium, etc.).
- Builds and maintains automated regression suites for critical end-to-end flows: month-end close, order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, key CRM processes.
- Personally designs and writes a core set of automated tests (not just managing others), especially for high-risk and month-end scenarios.
- Plans and coordinates test cycles with India devs and US product owners ahead of each release.
- Tracks quality metrics (defect rates, escaped defects, coverage) and drives continuous improvement with dev and product leads.
Skills & experience
- 5+ years in QA/SDET roles, ideally with ERP/CRM or other complex business systems.
- Practical experience automating tests against D365 and/or Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of regression vs smoke vs integration testing, and comfortable scripting test automation.
- Fluent as a hands-on SDET: able to both define strategy and write/debug automation.
