- Develop reusable test frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for continuous test execution.
- Maintain automated regression test suites covering key POS flows, peripheral interactions, and cross-device behavior.
- Write API-level tests for backend integrations using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Karate.
- Participate in accessibility test validation, integrating tools like Axe or Lighthouse into automation where feasible.
- Support the validation of security vulnerabilities by coordinating retests of SAST/DAST issues post-remediation.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and DevOps to optimize test coverage and stability.
- Document automation approach, codebase, and reusable test modules.
- 4–6 years of experience in test automation for mobile apps or POS platforms.
- Solid hands-on experience with Appium, WebDriverIO, or Detox (React Native).
- Experience automating on Android-based devices, preferably including smart terminals like PAX E700 or Sunmi.
- Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript or Java/Python in an automation context.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Strong foundation in writing, executing, and debugging API tests.
- Exposure to React Native apps and their platform-specific behaviors.
- Experience validating accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, screen reader compatibility).
- Awareness of SAST/DAST tools and security best practices in testing cycles.
