Our technology landscape spans React, Angular, .NET Framework, Web APIs, and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Playwright is the core of our test automation, supported by AI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and ChatGPT to accelerate productivity and improve quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Playwright and complementary tools.
· Leverage AI-powered tools (Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, etc.) to design, generate, and maintain automated test suites efficiently.
· Develop and maintain end-to-end, integration, regression, and API tests across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
· Ensure automation coverage across SPAs, APIs, and native mobile applications.
· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA peers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.
· Maintain and document test cases in TestOps, ensuring they remain accurate and aligned with standards.
· Proactively identify risks, stability gaps, and performance bottlenecks in applications.
· Participate in sprint activities to embed QA early in the development lifecycle.
· Balance automation with core QA skills such as exploratory testing, risk analysis, and edge-case validation.
· Contribute to defining standards and best practices for AI-assisted QA and automation.
· Mentor junior team members on automation strategies and effective AI tool usage.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· 4+ years of professional QA experience, with at least 2+ years focused on automation.
· Proven expertise with Playwright or a similar modern automation framework.
· Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for automation development.
· Hands-on experience testing SPAs, Web APIs, and native mobile applications (iOS/Android).
· Daily use of AI-powered tools (Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, etc.) as a core part of your workflow.
· Familiarity with CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
· Strong organizational skills to document and maintain test cases.
· Core QA Skills:
o Ability to think critically and identify edge cases.
o Experience with exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues.
o Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management.
o Skilled in writing clear and reproducible bug reports.
o Solid grasp of risk-based testing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience testing enterprise-grade applications with large-scale user bases.
· Familiarity with SQL for validating data and test automation needs.
· Exposure to performance testing, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
· Prior experience in optimizing QA processes with AI and automation at scale.
· Core QA Skills (Advanced):
o Ability to balance automation coverage with manual validation where appropriate.
o Experience designing test plans and strategies across multiple platforms (web, mobile, API).
o Strong collaboration skills to advocate for quality across product and engineering teams.
o Knowledge of compliance, security, and accessibility testing best practices.
