Software Engineer – QA Automation Engineer
As a Software Engineer- QA with expertise in Playwright Selenium, Karate, Cucumber, testing APIs and Webservices with Convera, you will Work together and collaborate with the development team to enhance and improve the product
Requirements:
- Proficient with automation testing of UI intensive responsive Web
- Experience with automation testing of RESTful
- Knowledge of SQL and Relational
- Expertise in JIRA
- Experience with SDLC processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, Version
- Control Systems (Gitlab)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
Minimum Qualification:
- BE. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
- 4+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience working as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.
- Knowledge and experience of the Quality Assurance process, including various phases of Testing
- Good programming and automation scripting skills in JavaScript (Preferred), Java etc.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, scripts using tools like Playwright (Preferred), Selenium, BDD, Rest-Assured, TestNG, Cucumber etc.
- Experience with automation testing of UI intensive responsive Web applications along with cross browser testing
- Experience with automation testing of RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of NoSQL and Relational Databases.
- Experience in JIRA, Figma, Confluence etc
- Experience with SDLC processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, Version Control Systems (Gitlab) etc.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
