Major Job Responsibilities:

Apply common supplier quality & development process/tools and systems (e.g. Supplier Performance Development Process (SPDP)), Problem Solver, Scorecard to drive timely and effective resolution of supplier issues (including cost recoveries) and facilitate continuous improvement

Support Flawless Launch activities.

Function as liaison between supply management, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support as required.

Adhere to PR/R Procedure issuance, completion guidelines and requirements for Problem Cases issued via Problem Solver.

Establish an alarm system and execute, calculate the limits for a DV or PV stage as required.
-
Utilize structured problem solving tools and methodologies.
-
Participate in all applicable plant teams (e.g. Change Boards, Continuous Improvement)
-
Perform supplier manufacturing capability assessments as appropriate; Develop action plan to close gaps
-
Support the supplier change management process internally for DV stage.
-
Lead Annual Audits or when required, IATF 16949.
-
Change Management knowledge and assurance of all the determined actions of these process as required.

Assurance the 100% of the quality of the developed products at all level of production.

Authority to stop any action or condition that fails the in risk the health-safety and quality of the employees and the product.
Qualifications:
-
Verify that an issue is supplier caused prior to writing a Problem Case.

Approve/Reject supplier Problem Case responses, including initial containment response, final corrective action and validation data

Communicate supplier containment and approved material breakpoint information
-
Quality Bulletins responsibility for all the area.

Industrial Engineering knowledge for continuous improvement
Skills:
-
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
-
English level advanced
-
3-5 years of experience in Quality management
-
Experience in design validation, NPI, Incoming Inspection
-
Visa Laser
-
Knowledge in IATF 16949
