Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Oversight
Lead and manage UX/UI design projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.
Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and user-centered design principles.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, articulating project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and expectation management.
Gather and document client feedback, facilitating iterative design improvements.
Business Analysis & Technical Collaboration
Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and technical requirements.
Work closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Possess a good understanding of front-end and back-end development to bridge communication between designers, developers, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring seamless project execution.
Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Establish clear communication plans tailored for diverse clients and teams.
Monitor progress, proactively resolving bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.
UX Requirements & Quality Assurance
Define and document UX requirements, ensuring a structured approach to design processes.
Oversee the creation and management of UX documentation, including wireframes, personas, and user flows.
Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices, industry standards, and client requirements.
Conduct design reviews, ensuring the final product aligns with client and user needs.
Communication and Reporting
Provide regular updates on project status to management and stakeholders.
Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring clarity in objectives and deliverables.
Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management
Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs while maintaining alignment with goals.
Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in managing design projects, preferably in UX/UI.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Zoho Projects, Sketch, and Illustrator.
Experience working with creative teams and understanding of UX/UI processes.
Good awareness of end-to-end development processes, including front-end and back-end development, to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
Ability to translate business needs into structured UX requirements.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
