Tech Project Manager – APAC HR Employee Exit (Contract, 9 Months)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Project Manager to support a regional HR initiative focused on standardising and digitising the Employee Exit Process across APAC markets. This requires strong ownership of system integrations, SDLC governance, and cross-functional delivery between HR, Technology, and regional markets. The role will work closely with Regional HR, IT, Finance, and development teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant process implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for the APAC HR Employee Exit initiative
- Own project governance including RAID management, milestone tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate across HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders across multiple APAC markets
- Oversee full SDLC including requirements validation, integration design, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
- Manage integration between HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar), access management, payroll, and downstream systems
- Drive workshops, define ownership boundaries, and ensure clear accountability
- Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and system risks
- Support automation design decisions (what should vs should not be automated)
- Track budget, vendor coordination, and delivery dependencies
Required Experience
- 10+ years in IT / Enterprise Project Management
- Proven experience leading enterprise process digitisation or system integration projects
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and SDLC governance
- Experience managing multi-country or regional rollouts
- Hands-on experience working with HR, ERP, or enterprise platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar)
- Exposure to Access Management or Identity & Security processes
- Experience in change management and regional adoption
- Agile / Hybrid delivery experience

- Location: Preferably India-based (APAC coverage)
- Contract Duration: ~9 months
