Who You Are:
You are a self-directed, highly motivated, and experienced professional who can seamlessly oversee multiple projects. It is easy for you to develop professional working relationships and you are comfortable interacting with peers and customers at all levels within an organization. You have worked closely with project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to successfully complete deliverables and coordinate staffing needs. You are an exceptional communicator with experience in planning for and achieving challenging deadlines, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and proactively resolving unexpected issues.
What You'll Do:

Within 1-2 months, then you will lead customer projects by preparing project plans, meeting with internal teams and customers on a weekly basis, tracking progress and deliverable completion, maintaining project status, forecasting, and budget reporting, and documenting project risks and issues. After 6 months, you will have demonstrated a strong understanding of our delivery methodology and led significant PM duties for small-medium projects, e.g., hosting project kickoffs and weekly meetings and maintained project budgets, timelines, milestones, and risk management. Within 1 year, you will be expected to manage all project management duties for various project types and complexity resulting in a self-sustaining project management portfolio.
Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on-time, and within budget

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
