Manage large-scale commercial IT park, ITES, and office building construction projects from conception through completion and handover. Responsibilities include architect and general contractor selection, tender and bid management, procurement documentation, construction oversight, vendor management, and project delivery. Candidates must understand PEB, composite, and PT structures, as well as CVC and CAG documentation and procurement guidelines.

Preference shall be given to candidates who have handled multi-storied building projects of PEB structure/composite structures/PT structures.
He needs to be well conversant with CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) and CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India - CAG) guidelines related to documentation, procurement etc.
Hands on experience from conception to completion (C2C).
Expert in Architect selection, GC VENDOR Selection, Tender management, Bid Management, construction & handover.
Requirements

Qualification- B.E. / B.Tech. Civil
