Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project, program and portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of web infrastructures, cloud computing and virtualization.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (windows server / linux / unix).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle, DB2 databases, etc.
  • Knowledge in Networks, Firewall, proxy, connection filtering, packet analysis, attack detection, etc.
  • Knowledge of Physical Security and legal aspects.
  • Certificacion: ITIL and PMP
  • English (Advanced).
  • 10+ years of experience on the field.

Rol & Responsibilities

  • Financial planning, resource management & analysis experience
  • Infrastructure technical background
  • ITIL & PM Certification, excel master, project management tools (i.e. MS Project) expertise
  • Program and portfolio work and resource management extensive and proven experience
  • Management of strategic portfolio of projects to ensure alignment and compliance in scope, time, quality and budget
  • Management and monitor the progress of the project portfolio, periodically delivering status reports and financial reports to managers and stakeholders, up to Director level.
  • Effective identification and management of the risks and issues of the project portfolio; skills to influence and manage mitigation actions, recommending actions and scaling the risks they expose to the company.
  • Responsible for a properly execution of processes and company methodology.
  • Understand the business needs and priorities and, based on those, contribute to the manufacturing plan for the unit.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities through a variety of sources: discussions with executives, analysis of current processes.
  • Participates in the definition of business priorities and remains connected to business sponsors, external forums, vendors, other banks of the group and Corporate.
  • Leads the implementation: manage implementation teams, report progress to executive level suggests necessary adjustments to the designed solution.
