Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Manager for large scale Data Center Projects to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India. As a senior-level project management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-stakes projects and leading a team of project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth through flawless project execution and cultivation of repeat business
  • Consistently achieve and exceed planned profit margins across all projects
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and uncertainties
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior project managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Make critical decisions regarding project scope, resources, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Oversee complex client relationships and navigate challenging stakeholder dynamics
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring project teams
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing projects with significant Risk Triggering Factors (RTFs)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining healthy profit margins
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in construction management, particularly on school bond projects, is highly desirable

Additional Information

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project / Primavera (Desirable), Revit, Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Strong understanding of design and construction processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
