• Key Responsibilities:
Process & Methodology Governance:
Drive and ensure the implementation of Nokia's project management methodology, processes, tools, and improvement programs.
Evolve and enhance process and tools for further simplification, automation and harmonization. Drives for Automation and Improvement/ Efficiency areas: process and tool for professionally Project Manage the Enterprise projects.
Oversee Projects, ensuring compliance with established methodologies, processes, procedures, and practices.
Support and drive transformation programs to improve the Gross Profit quality. Identify the saving areas / Levers, define the Target and the Plan.
Create Business transparency (KPIs, Dashboards, incl. Data collection/delivery)
Support & Enablement:
Provide consultative support to projects by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information, route cause analysis and lessons learned from any stage of projects.
Build a more capable S&S community by driving capability and competence management for respective functions. Implement learning opportunities.
Change Management:
Support change management activities within S&S organisation, ensuring stakeholder management, RACI implementation, training, and communication are effectively addressed.
Ensure that project plans and deliverables are aligned with change management requirements.
Tooling & Systems:
Support the configuration and effective use of IT tools (e.g., SharePoint, etc) for S&S function, including access rights and data integrity; Project Delivery tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in program/ project management roles, with significant experience in a PMO environment.
Experience with process mining methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with Nokia's internal project management guidelines and Delivery processes.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of project management principles, processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, closing), and knowledge areas (e.g., scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resources, communication, stakeholder management).
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PMI, SharePoint).
Data analysis and reporting skills, including the use of KPIs and traffic light metrics.
Knowledge of change management frameworks and practices.
Interpersonal & Soft Skills:
Leadership: Ability to guide, influence, and motivate project teams and stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Mindset for continuous improvements of delivery model, processes and tools
Collaboration & Team Building: Ability to foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships across departments.
Negotiation & Influencing: Skilled in negotiating and influencing stakeholders to achieve project and organizational goals.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality in all PMO activities.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project environments.
