The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking Project Management Interns to join our Services team. As an Intern, you will provide excellent customer service to our clients and be responsible for the timely execution of projects from launch to completion. You will manage the needs of clients through all phases of a project lifecycle. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
You should be comfortable breaking down and solving complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner; this includes being comfortable engaging with clients and other key stakeholders to build consensus, communicate project status, findings, and escalations on a regular basis.
The internship will take place in person at our office in Hyderabad.
Your Responsibilities:
- Learn all aspects of Project Management to deliver on-time quality results for our clients.
- Execute projects on schedule and within the client's budget by creating and monitoring fieldwork plans, testing survey links, launching projects in PureSpectrum Marketplace, and timely and accurate invoicing.
- Become proficient in internal systems such as PureSpectrum's Marketplace.
- Understand client service offerings, best practices, delivery capabilities, and internal processes.
- Get feedback from trainers on project performance to help improve delivery and key metrics for future projects.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Stays up to date on Market Research industry trends and developments.
- Build positive relationships across the organization.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from any reputed University. While all disciplines are considered, non-engineering graduates are preferred
- Ability to learn and use new tools or Internal platforms.
- Solid judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions.
- Ability to find innovative solutions to address client and project needs.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook etc.), any text editor is a must.
- Experience in excel using advanced formulas and excel automations is a plus.
- A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning.
- Ability to foster positive relationships across teams and customers.
- Willing to work in any shift including night shifts
