Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Project Management team to partner with the Business.
As a Project/ Product Manager- Associate in Projects, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of all operational flows and contribute to a growing international business in a fast paced and innovative environment. Our success depends on a close collaboration with counterparts from all areas in the business.
Job Responsibilities

  • Plans requirement gathering, manages and executes projects with engagement of various functional groups (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, Risk)
  • Designs the operating model front to back including the control framework and understand the details of a process and products
  • Demonstrates ownership with ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking along with quick decision making are also required in driving solution, initiatives, and projects
  • Manages Senior Stakeholders across different Regions and Teams to align expectations, escalate issues and risks and provides updates on the project status
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across multiple regions
  • Working with the business and key project stakeholders to define and document business operating models and requirements
  • Partner with Technology to ensure requirements are implemented as per specification
  • Performing data analysis and definition of target operating models and processes
  • Co-ordination of testing across the functional groups
  • Manage and execute tasks through to completion and effectively prioritize work
  • Preparation of projects and meeting material, minutes and action items follow up
  • Ensuring full audit trail of project deliverables is available for all undertaken tasks
  • Challenge status-quo, identify and address any process, controls and Operating Model improvements
  • Support the design and vision of the strategic technical architecture
  • Ensure key risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner and through the appropriate formal governance
  • Manage regular updates to management on project and project deliverables status
  • Embrace new project methodologies (Design thinking) and technical solutions
  • Identify and address any process, controls and Operating Model improvements


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience with 3-5 years in project management role in banking domain
  • Ability to design operating model front to back including the control framework and understand the details of a process
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement very projects across multiple legal entities worldwide
  • Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently and autonomously
  • Supportive team player with excellent communication skills with the ability to work in collaboration building strong rapport with peers
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to define vision for the product


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience as a Product Owner would be a plus
  • Experience/ knowledge of products/ processes within asset/wealth management would be of particular benefit
